Brexit hasn´t stopped the British workers and nor can torrential rain!
There are many things that dont go well together, unrealisticly low prices with high-end quality or socks with sandles, unless you are British, then that is the pinnacle of holiday fashion of course. But heavy rain mixed with an outdoor trade fair dampened the spirits of many (excuse the pun) who visited the PLANTWORX 2019 exhibition in Peterborough. With overflowing rivers and flooded local housing in Lincolnshire through the summer month of June, the EAST OF ENGLAND SHOWGROUND endured a difficult few days from June 11th to June 13th.
ENARCO however, braved the rain along with many others who pulled out their boots and umbrellas to come and see what one of the UK´s biggest shows had to offer. The troublesome weather proved beneficial in some cases as those ground workers who would usually be working through the warm summers months, were granted the free time to get away from the stalled work and visit the 400 exhibitors on show.
On display at stand EC14 was the new E-BATT TORNADO, the 24v battery powered screed with 14,5 A battery. After its introduction at BAUMA 2019, interest has grown exponentially ever since and it didn´t slow down in the wet and windy conditions in Lincolnshire. With the E-BATT proudly on show at the front of the stand, many came to learn the benefits of this innovate screed. With the new VAX vibration reducing handles and fumeless battery powered motor, many were impressed by what they saw as an excellent addition to the range of Screeds Enar offers (Honda Engine, Electric and Battery Powered). Enar continues to innovate and expand its product range. With top of the range concrete vibrators, surfacing machines and compaction equipment, we have the tools to build concrete structures that can outlast even the wettest of British weathers.
